Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy. 

You can return any new, unused, sealed item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase providing you have not used the item.

For a full refund the item needs to be in new condition without any wear/damage

Any item that has been Used/Fitted will not be refunded

Please note that we won’t accept any painted parts, parts which have been tampered with or been damaged while fitting.

We will accept any claims for damaged items if the damage was notified to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Is in buyer interests to inspect the item on delivery day.

Any claims for damage after 48h will not be accepted.

We cannot accept items over 14 days.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. When returning any item, make sure you include a copy of the invoice or invoice number and a note explaining the reason for return. Please ensure that the item you sending back is securely packed to prevent damage as we will not issue refund if the item is returned damaged and you will have to claim refund from the delivery company.

All items returned to us which are no longer needed or wrongly ordered we would deduct original cost of shipping your order out.

Any items that have been fitted and not in the original condition will not be refunded

 

All items that have had an attempted delivery or refused delivery and have been taken to a collection depot/office and have not been collected will be returned to us if you fail to collect your item (usually 14 days)
In this case the original shipping costs and return costs will be deducted from the full price of the item.
